Owner of the Online Store
The Nordic Lash HQ online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is owned and operated by Nordic Lash OÜ (Registry Code: 16953073), located at Vana-Tartu maantee 22c, Järveküla, 75304, Harjumaa, Estonia.


Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products from the Online Store. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to comply with these terms.

Prices of products are displayed next to each item. Prices are in euros (EUR) by default, with the option to display prices in US dollars (USD). Applicable delivery fees are added during checkout.

Product information is provided next to each product in the Online Store.


Ordering Process

To place an order:

  1. Add desired products to the shopping cart.

  2. Complete the required fields and select a delivery method.

  3. Review the total price and proceed with payment.

Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via Maksekeskus AS, either through bank link or credit card. The seller does not have access to bank or credit card details. The contract is deemed effective once the payment is received in the Online Store’s account.

Important: When paying via bank link, ensure you click “Return to Merchant” on your bank’s page.

The Online Store shares only the necessary personal data with Maksekeskus AS for payment processing.

If ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock unavailability or other reasons, the buyer will be notified immediately, and the paid amount, including delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days.


Delivery

Goods can be shipped to:

Australia, Albania, Algeria, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania, United States.

Charisma brand products are only available for delivery to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, and Denmark.

Delivery options vary depending on the buyer’s location and include:

  • SmartPost

  • Omniva

  • DPD

  • DHL

  • Venipak

  • Unisend

  • Personal pickup at Vana-Tartu mnt 22c, Järveküla, Estonia (by appointment)

Delivery Costs: The buyer bears all shipping costs, displayed during checkout.

  • Domestic (Estonia) shipments typically arrive within 1–4 business days.

  • International shipments may take up to 10 business days.

  • Exceptional cases may take up to 45 calendar days.

The buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. The Online Store is not liable for these fees.


Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. This right does not apply to legal entities.

  • Goods must not be used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, features, and functionality (similar to testing in a physical store).

  • If goods are used otherwise or show signs of wear, the Online Store may reduce the refund proportionally.

To return goods:

  1. Notify the Online Store at info@nordiclashhq.com within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Return the goods within 14 days of notification or provide proof that they have been handed over to the carrier.

Costs: The buyer bears the return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or defective.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment. The Online Store may withhold refunds until the goods are returned.

If the buyer selects a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery, the Online Store refunds only the cost of the standard delivery.

The Online Store reserves the right to cancel a sale if a pricing error significantly lowers the displayed price.


Warranty and Claims

The Online Store is responsible for defects or non-conformity existing at the time of delivery.

  • Warranty period: 2 years from delivery (for the first year, defects are presumed to have existed at delivery).

  • The Online Store may rebut this presumption.

Claims must be submitted via email to info@nordiclashhq.com within 2 months of noticing the defect.

If a product is defective, the Online Store will repair, replace, or refund the purchase cost, including associated fees.

Complaints will be addressed in writing or in a reproducible format within 15 days.


Direct Marketing and Data Processing

The Online Store collects personal data solely for processing orders and delivering goods. Personal data may be shared with shipping providers.

Newsletters and promotional emails are sent only if the buyer has opted in. Buyers may unsubscribe at any time via email or following the instructions in the email.
